I can't believe it is Thursday already, and I only realised when I recieved an e-mail from Mrs Nesbit.
She has started a 'Thought for Thursday'
it will occur every Thursday, and it will be a piece of anything which makes you think.
It could be anything at all.....art, writing, poetry, a picture, a story,
a fact.....the list is endless,
but it has to be something which has made you think! If you would like to join in then ad the pic to your side bar and think away!
So my thought for this week is
'Where have all the days gone this week? What did I do differently to make them go so quickly' I must rememeber not to do, whatever I did this week, next week so it will make it last longer'!
She has also awarded me the
The stipulations for granting the award:
It is called The Blogger Reflection Award.
Why?
The reason for the title is because this award should make you reflect
bloggers who have been an encouragement,
a source of love,
impacted you in some way,
and have been a Godly example to you.
Bloggers who when you reflect on them you get a sense of pride and joy... of knowing them and being blessed by them.
This award is for the best-of-the-best so consider who you pick, carefully.
This award should not be given to just anyone
Now to pick individuals is a task and a half, without all of you I wouldn't be here, I now have people who I can call friends, true friends and I look forward to meeting you all. So please consider yourself all picked.
I would however like to make a couple of special mentions, I know Mrs Nesbit has picked Ruth , so its a double wammy as I shall pick her too. I admire this lady so much, she has so much inner strength. To care with so much love and hard work for her husband when he was so ill although I know she never considered it hard work! To come though that and still have to cope with the trials and tribulations of widowhood and all the paper work that goes with losing a loved one, and blog about it all as well. And still have time to garden!!! You are a truely remarkable lady!
Vallen this lady cracks me up, oh how I wish I had known her a year earlier then we could have met up when she came to Devizes, a few miles away from me. I admire her crafting skills, how she gets a few bits a pieces out of her 'stash' and creates. Her humour, and especially her love of hydrangeas, what have you got me in to!
Finally Talj this link will take you to her balcony where just this year she has begun gardening. The reason I chose Talj is so much has happened to this lovely lady (click on this link to find out more) and it shouldn't have not at her age anyway. I admire her so much for the fantastic photographs she takes, for her fund raising and how she always thinks of others and the fact she never gives up and is game to have a go at new things (Gardening)
I could say something inspirational about everyone of you in my link list as you all inspire me in very many different ways so please consider yourself picked!!
