Sleep, Cook. Eat, Drive, Visit etc.........................

I have so much that needs doing and not enough time to fit it in! The jobs I need to do are BIG jobs, all day jobs, not an hour here and an hour there type jobs! The weather has been dry enough for me to do them to, which I need as I shall be using electrical tools.
All we seem to do is sleep, get up, cook, eat, drive, visit, drive back, water, maybe eat again, then collapse! Sometimes we do the drive, visit, drive bit twice and thats a 50 mile round trip each time!!

We are still none the wiser, they have still not done the scan, and oh! yes they started him on antibiotics today! What for? Who knows! As they haven't done the scan. So how do you treat something you know nothing about!!!
I am getting mad! If you looked at him and talked to him yesterday and today he looks as fit as you and I, he is taking up precious bed space because they can't sort themselves out.

I want him home, but he can't keep having these attacks!

I picked some of my French Beans yesterday, they where lovely and scrummy.

Bet your bottom dollar as soon as he is discharged it will rain!!!!

What idiots there are at that hospital. No wonder they have problems with resources - they're just not getting people through the diagnostic stage. And if they just diagnosed your husband then it might be found to be something chronic rather than acute and then you could get the medical insurance to pick up the slack. How very frustrating. It's just adding another layer of stress to your situation isn't it?

Your beans and brugs are looking gorgeous. Have you been able to take him some of the photos so he can see?

What a frustrating time you're having. A correct diagnosis is the most important part and they seem to be falling down on that!
The beans are super... there's nothing like veggies right out of the garden. Maybe that's what hubby needs, more than antibiotics, a plate full of delicious homegrown beans!!

Hang on in there Libby....this will turn around soon....I know its easy for me to say, I have been where you are....take it a day at a time if you can, for the sake of your own health.....you sound really stressed, thinking of you....

Visiting is always so hectic, the round trips etc. Let's hope he is soon home and you can all relax together.

Ditto all the above - but thank goodness he seems fine - and hopefully they will soon discover the cause.

It is sometimes more tiring on the family than on the patient.

Keep well.
